Zell am See

Los geht's!

This medieval lakeside town is a popular destination for guests from all over Europe and is part of the Zell am See - Kaprun ski area including the migty Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area, above Kaprun, assuring all season long snow surety. In the heart of winter the lake often freezes over enabling you to walk across to the village of Thumersbach opposite. With your Ski Alpin lift pass you can now connect to Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fiebebrunn, giving a total of 270km!!

Much of the centre of Zell am See is pedestrianised allowing you to easily work your way around the many aprés ski bars and discos or just participate in some ‘retail therapy' in the many shops available.
